Indian business e-Visa is an online visa that allows UK citizens to visit India for business purposes. It is a valid for 12 months from the date of issue and allows multiple entries into India.
Eligibility:
The e-Business Visa is specifically designed for UK citizens traveling to India for business purposes, including attending meetings, conferences , trade exhibitions, or exploring investment opportunities.

Duration and Validity:
- The Indian Business e-Visa typically has a validity of 365 days (1 year) from the date of grant.
- It allows for multiple entries into India during its validity.
- The maximum duration of stay for each entry is usually up to 180 days. However, this period may vary based on the discretion of the Indian authorities .
Application Process:
UK citizens can apply for the Indian Business e-Visa online through the official India Visa Services website and fill out the online application form.
- You'll need to provide a digital passport-size photograph and a scanned copy of your passport's bio page.
- Ensure that your passport has a minimum validity of six months from your planned date of entry into India.
- Pay the relevant e-Visa fee online during the application process.
The application form requires the following information:
- Personal information, such as name, date of birth, nationality, and passport number.
- Travel information, such as dates of travel and intended purpose of visit.
- Business information, such as the name and address of the inviting company or organization.
- Contact information, such as email address and phone number.
